Elli’s Chocolate Cake

3/4C Cocoa
2/3C Sour Cream
2 2/3C All Purpose Flour
2tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 3/4 Stick Butter
1 1/2C Sugar
1C Dark Brown Sugar
3 Eggs
1 Tbs Vanilla Extract

Cream eggs, sugar, butter together.  Sour cream and cocoa mixed in a separate bowl.  Remainng ingredients are mixed in a separate bowl.  Mix the three bowls contents in batches alternating until everything is incorporated.  Mix until everything is well incorporated.  Avoid over-mixing as this will produce a more tough textured cake.  Bake at 375F, checking after 40 minutes for doneness.
