In celelebration of Australia Day, I made a delicious Kiwi/Strawberry/Blueberry Pavlova. Pavlova (abbreviated ‘pav’) are a traditional Australian dessert made of a meringue disc topped with whipped cream and fruit, and is incredibly light. A good pavlova’s texture will be crunchy on the meringue and creamy with the slight tartness of the fruit.

I wish there was a plugin that would crosspost my wordpress posts to blogger. I found a better plugin to handle twitter within wordpress called “Twitme” which appears to be more configurable.
